- Job Title: Telecaller Real Estate- Location: Section 126- Job Type: Full-timeJob Summary:We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, pitching real estate projects, scheduling client visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.Key Responsibilities:- Make daily outbound calls to potential clients from the database.- Pitch real estate properties and explain project details to generate client interest.- Cold calling to identify and convert new leads.- Fix appointments and ensure clients visit our office/project site.- Maintain follow-ups with clients to maximize conversion.- Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.Key Skills & Requirements:- Good to have experience as a telecaller/telemarketing executive, preferably in the real estate industry.- Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi.- Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.- Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.- Education : Minimum Graduate.
