This role requires persuasive communication, customer understanding, and a strong drive to achieve sales targets.Key Responsibilities:- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell insurance and loan products.- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products.- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.- Maintain updated knowledge of the company's products and industry offerings.- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing queries and resolving issues.- Keep accurate records of all customer interactions in compliance with company standards.- Adhere to regulatory and company compliance policies throughout the sales process.Requirements:- Minimum 1 year of telesales or inside sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial products.- Strong communication and persuasion skills.- Customer-centric approach with ability to handle objections effectively.- Target-driven mindset with proven track record in achieving sales goals.- Basic computer and Excel skills.
