Working Days: 6 days a week | Rotational Shifts & Rotational OffsKey Responsibilities:- Promote and sell Insurance products and services to potential customers- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets- Maintain and update customer records in CRM tools- Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and resolving concerns- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and achieve organizational goalsRequirements:- Education: Graduate in any discipline- Experience: Fresher and exp- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)Skills:- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities- Basic computer proficiency (CRM experience preferred)- Customer-centric approach with the ability to handle objections effectivelyCompensation & Benefits:- CTC: 25000to35000 per month (Experienced)- Unlimited incentives based on performance- Rotational shifts and rotational offs- Professional growth opportunities within a leading organization (ref:updazz.com)
