Job Title : Telesales & Customer Service Executive (Hindi) Location : Chennai, IN We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Telesales and Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound sales calls, handling inbound customer queries, promoting products or services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Telesales:- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.- Promote products or services and explain features and benefits.- Follow up on leads and close sales to meet or exceed targets.- Maintain detailed records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system.- Upsell and cross-sell company products and services.Customer Service:- Answer inbound calls, emails, and chat queries from customers.- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.- Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, and availability.- Handle complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through quality service.Required Skills and Qualifications:- Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office is a plus.
