Job Summary:The Telesales Executive is responsible for reaching out to potential clients over the phone, explaining the company's services, and converting leads into customers to meet sales targets.Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing customers.- Explain company services clearly and convincingly.- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.- Maintain call records, follow up on leads, and ensure timely closures.- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams for better conversions.Required Skills and Qualifications:- Any graduate (Bachelor's degree preferred).- 0-2 years of telesales or telecalling experience.- Excellent communication and convincing skills.- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).- Target-driven and confident in closing sales.Key Competencies:- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.- Positive attitude and enthusiasm.- Patience and active listening.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
