- Process: Voice - Outbound Sales- Salary: 22,000 - 23,000 CTC- Working Days: 6 Days a Week- Shift: Day Shift- Joining: Immediate Joiners PreferredKey Requirements:- Must be fluent in English and Hindi- Strong communication skills (Versant Level 4 and 5)- Proven experience in outbound sales or telesales- Ability to meet sales targets and handle customer objections professionallyRoles and Responsibilities:- Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing Flipkart customers- Promote products and services, and convert leads into successful sales- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales conversions- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication (ref:updazz.com)
