The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, and have the ability to engage customers professionally over the phone. If you have experience in telesales or telecalling, and a passion for customer interaction, this is a great opportunity to join a growing real estate team.Key Responsibilities:- Lead Calling & Follow-Ups: Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.- Client Interaction: Explain real estate projects, amenities, and offers to customers in a clear and engaging manner.- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and fix site visit appointments for potential buyers with the field sales team.- Customer Database Management: Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in the CRM system.- Follow-Up Coordination: Regularly follow up with potential customers to convert inquiries into site visits and sales.- Reporting: Provide daily and weekly reports on call status, conversions, and customer feedback.Qualifications & Experience Required:- Education: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.- Experience: 6 months to 5 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service.
