The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in English and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally over calls and WhatsApp.Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain product details.- Convert leads into sales and achieve daily/weekly targets.- Maintain customer records and follow up for repeat business.- Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic product or order-related queries.- Coordinate with internal teams for order status and support.Requirements:- 0 to 3 years of telesales/customer service experience (freshers can apply).- Good English communication skills (spoken & written).- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets).- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
