Job Description

We are looking for a Telesales Senior Executive who can guide the team, talk to customers, explain our services, and help increase sales.What you will do:- Make calls to customers and explain our services clearly- Handle interested leads and convert them into hot leads or sales- Follow up with customers regularly until they make a decision- Train and support junior telesales team members- Help the team improve their calling, pitching, and follow-up skills- Share daily call reports and sales updates with the team lead/manager- Solve customer doubts and give the right information- Maintain positive energy in the sales room and motivate the team- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targetsSkills Needed- Good communication and polite talking style- Strong convincing and follow-up skills- Confidence and positive attitude- Ability to guide junior team members- Basic computer skills (ref:updazz.com)
