Job Description

Role Purpose:To connect with research scholars and students over phone calls, explain the company's services, and generate leads for business.Key Responsibilities:- Call research scholars, PhD students, and academicians to introduce services.- Explain services such as proposal writing, thesis, dissertation, journal publication, and data analysis.- Maintain a list of leads, follow up regularly, and convert them into clients.- Record client details, requirements, and feedback in CRM/Excel.- Coordinate with the sales and technical team for client requirements.- Meet daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets.Skills Required:- Good communication skills in English and regional languages.- Ability to convince and handle client queries over phone.- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM).- Confidence, patience, and target-oriented mindset.Qualification:- Any Graduate (Freshers and experienced candidates can apply).
