About the Job Opportunity
We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of one year of experience in Tele-calling, preferably in Real Estate. The ideal candidate should preferably possess good communication skills and be confident.
Candidates from other sectors, like banking and insurance, can also be considered with relevant customer calling experience.
Preferred candidate - Immediate joiner, staying in Gurugram(Haryana)
Make outbound calls to existing customers as needed
Handle inbound calls to resolve queries, provide information, and address concerns
Regular follow-up to customers for collections follow ups
Maintaining accurate records
Execute work as assigned by the reporting manager
Key-skills needed
Prior experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service
Excellent verbal and listening skills; ability to adapt communication style as needed
Familiarity with MS Office, CRM software, and data entry
CTC
Up to Rs. 2.5-3 lacs per year (based on the calibre of the candidate).
