About the Role
We are looking for a smart, confident, and well-organized Executive Telecalling Cum Office Admin to handle telecalling activities along with routine office administration. Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound telecalling to customers
Generate leads and follow up on enquiries
Maintain call records and customer databases
Support sales team with follow-ups and coordination
Manage day-to-day office administration activities
Handle basic documentation, filing, and email communication
Prepare simple reports and update records in Excel
Assist management with routine office work
Candidate Requirements
Gender Female
Candidates should be from Tirur or nearby areas
Qualification Plus Two or Degree preferred
Experience Minimum 1 year experience preferred
Freshers with strong telecalling and communication skills can also apply
Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English
Basic computer knowledge including MS Office and email
Smart, confident, and customer-friendly attitude
