Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential customers to promote and sell our range of Ayurvedic products.
Provide detailed information about product benefits and usage.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and persuasion.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow up with leads and address customer inquiries promptly.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market expansion.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 6 months of experience in Tele sales or customer service.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Ayurvedic products is a plus.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in CRM software.
