What You'll Do



Connect with potential students and parents via phone to introduce LeapStart's programs Understand career aspirations and recommend the most relevant learning path Explain course details, structure, and career outcomes with clarity and conviction Manage the entire lead funnel--from inquiry to enrollment Maintain and update CRM records accurately Share market insights and student feedback to refine strategies

What We're Looking For



1-2 years' experience in inside sales, telesales, or student counseling (preferably in EdTech) Fluent in English, Telugu. Strong communication and persuasive skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn Comfortable working with CRM tools, Excel, and digital platforms Passionate about education and creating impact
