Position Overview
We are seeking energetic and result-oriented
Tele Callers (Lead Managers)
to join our dynamic sales and marketing network.
The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up on customer enquiries, generate leads, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make
outbound calls
to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
Handle
inbound calls
and respond promptly to customer queries.
Maintain accurate records of
calls, leads, and follow-ups
.
Coordinate with the
sales and marketing teams
for lead conversion.
Achieve
daily and monthly calling targets
with consistent performance.
Build and maintain a
positive relationship
with clients through professional communication.
Candidate Profile
Qualification:
Plus Two / Degree in any discipline
Experience:
0-3 years (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply)
Strong
verbal communication
and
customer-handling
skills
Confidence, persistence, and a
goal-oriented attitude
Basic knowledge of
CRM tools
or
Excel reporting
will be an added advantage
