Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to prospective patients, referral sources, and partners to inform them about our services. Handle inbound calls, answer patient queries, and provide accurate information. Schedule and confirm patient appointments using our internal systems (CRM). Maintain call logs, databases, and update patient/lead records regularly via CRM. Follow up on inquiries, leads, and referrals to convert them into appointments. Coordinate with all stake holders to ensure seamless patient service. Share feedback from patients and callers with management for service improvement. Submiit report on daily/weekly call and conversion targets.

Requirements:



Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary (Plus Two) or Diploma in any discipline. Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or healthcare front-office roles preferred (1-2 years). Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam and English (Hindi/Tamil is an added advantage). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM/appointment software). Pleasant voice, good telephone etiquette, and ability to handle patient interactions empathetically.
