About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Executive Telecalling Cum Office Admin to handle telecalling activities along with daily office administration work. The candidate should have good communication skills and experience in office coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound telecalling for customer follow-ups and lead generation
Coordinate with sales and service teams
Maintain customer records, call logs, and follow-up details
Manage daily office administration activities
Handle emails, documentation, and filing both online and offline
Prepare reports and update data in Excel
Assist in billing, quotations, and basic coordination work
Support management with day-to-day administrative tasks
Candidate Requirements
Gender Female
Qualification Degree in any discipline
Experience Minimum 2 years in telecalling and office administration
Good communication skills in Malayalam and English
Basic computer knowledge including MS Office, Email and Excel
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Ability to work under pressure and multitask
