Key Responsibilities
Make
outbound calls
to prospective customers from provided databases
Handle
inbound enquiries
related to real estate projects
Explain
project details, pricing, location advantages, and offers
clearly
Qualify leads and
schedule site visits
with the sales team
Follow up with prospects regularly and maintain lead interest
Update and maintain
CRM / lead tracking sheets
daily
Coordinate with sales managers for conversions and closures
Achieve
daily and monthly calling & lead targets
Handle customer objections professionally and courteously
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience
as a Telecaller in
Real Estate
(mandatory)
Excellent communication skills in
Telugu | Hindi & English
Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills
Basic knowledge of
real estate terminology & sales process
Ability to work under targets and deadlines
Familiar with CRM systems, Excel, or lead management tools

Experience calling for
residential apartments, villas, plots, or commercial projects
Strong customer-centric attitude
Result-oriented and self-motivated
