You shall be responsible for preparation of quarterly/annual financial statements of different firms/companies & assisting in audit of financial statements/records. Preparation of form 16/16A of employees/parties and filing TDS returns. Making monthly and quarterly reports, BS, P&L and Annual Book closure.Handling assessment of scrutiny cases for all direct/indirect taxes in consultation with internal, statutory auditors and tax consultants.You shall also be responsible for writing of minute books, various company Law registers and vetting of legal agreement, liaison with the Consultants.
