Write and post job descriptions on job boards, company websites, and social media platforms.
Source candidates through databases, networking, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and job applications, and conduct initial phone screenings.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Provide feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Conduct reference checks and support the offer process.
Monitor and report on recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire).
Stay up to date with current recruiting trends and best practices.
Requirements
Requirements:
2 to 4 years of experience in recruiting, with at least 2 years in SW/IT recruitment.
Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency).
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems.
Familiarity with sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize tasks.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
