who will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle across technical and non-technical roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles -- from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Source candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
Conduct initial HR screening to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
Maintain and update the recruitment database and candidate pipeline.
Collaborate with department heads to understand role requirements and align hiring plans with business needs.
Generate and share regular reports on hiring metrics, pipeline status, and recruitment performance.
Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and labour laws.
Participate in campus drives, walk-in drives, and job fairs to enhance the company's talent pool.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (preferably IT/Tech or SaaS roles).
Strong understanding of modern sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative HR team
