Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires. You will play a key role in identifying top talent and building a strong workforce that aligns with our company values and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and define job requirements.
Develop and post job advertisements on various job portals, social media, and career pages.
Source candidates through databases, LinkedIn, networking, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews (phone/video/in-person), and assess candidates' qualifications.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics using ATS or spreadsheets.
Facilitate the offer process by extending job offers and negotiating employment terms.
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires in coordination with HR operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
