Role Description:

This full-time TA Specialist Freshers role is located in Bengaluru, and the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with talent acquisition functions, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating with hiring managers and potential candidates throughout the hiring process.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly. Utilize various sourcing channels to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Should be able to withhold the scope under pressure. Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Administer assessments or coordinate technical interviews as needed. Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback. Negotiate terms and conditions of employment and collaborate with HR for onboarding. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Establish relationships with potential candidates for current and future opportunities.

Qualification:

Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills. Ability to successfully coordinate and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Good Negotiating Skills Willingness to Adapt and work in Fast paced Environment
