Handle end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions
Understand manpower requirements and hiring needs from departments
Post job openings on job portals, social media, and company platforms
Source candidates through databases, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Manage offer rollout, salary negotiation, and joining process
Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring MIS
Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of new hires
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Key Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of recruitment portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
Basic understanding of HR policies and hiring processes
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
Qualification & Experience
:
Graduate / Post Graduate (HR preferred)
1-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
