Job Description

1. Taking care of End to End Recruitment of HO and All Sites



2. Understanding the job requirements, closely working with the HOD's for new hires



3. Knowledge in job portals like Naukri, Indeed, Linked in and internal data base for sourcing



4. Conducting initial resume screening as per requirement coordinating and conducting interviews and offer negotiations and on boarding candidates.



5. Ensure timely closure of the positions as per time bound



6. Managing Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate candidate tracking , reporting and compliance with hiring protocols.



7. Should be a good team player



8. With good communication and convincing skills



9. MBA with HR Specialization



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
