Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for Non-IT roles Source candidates via portals, referrals, and social media Coordinate interviews and manage candidate experience Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring trackers

Requirements:

1-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (Non-IT) Strong sourcing and screening skills Excellent communication and coordination abilities Bachelor's degree (HR specialization preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?10,034.73 - ?20,000.00 per month
