JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:



Assists in Talent acquisition:

o Coordinates interview by interfacing with candidates, search partners, respective department heads

o Arranges the logistics of the interviews

o Assists in documentation of joining forms and updation of data

Assists in Learning and Development

o Collates training needs

o Interfaces with faculty

o Arranges training logistics

Required Knowledge & Skills:



Basic understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection). Knowledge of various recruitment channels (job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, etc.). Familiarity with interview coordination and candidate communication. Ability to maintain recruitment databases and documentation accurately.

Must Have:



Must be well versed in MS-Office/ Excel



Strong verbal and written communication skills.



Ability to communicate effectively with candidates, employees, and department heads.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
