Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the aviation, real estate, infrastructure, and manufacturing sectors
  • Create comprehensive job descriptions tailored to specific business requirements
  • Source potential candidates through different channels such as job portals, social media, and networking
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' relevant skills and experiences
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recruitment support
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Utilize recruitment data and metrics to optimize processes and drive improvements
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Qualifications:
Education Qualification:
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Behavioural Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Adaptability and flexibility in handling multiple priorities
Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in using recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Ability to conduct competency-based interviews and assessments
Non-Negotiable Skills:
  • End-to-end recruitment process exposure - JD creation, sourcing to closure
