1. Coordinating with the factories, buying units and depots for the receipts of the stocks and report to the management.
2. Follow up with the various transporters for the truck placement and arrangements of the dispatches from the factories and buying units.
3. Transporter Bills checking and accounting.
4. Checking of the factories daily production and dispatch report.
5. Preparing the proposal and analysis and comparative study of the Primary freight rate being quoted by the various transporters and sending to the superior for the approval.
6. Issue of debit notes for the short/damage delivery of goods to the transporters.
7. Assisting in New Transporter appointing for analysis.
8. MIS report generation (daily, weekly and monthly)
9. stock reconciliation of factories and dispatch planning.
10. Any other job assigned from time to time.
