Job Description

To optimize inventory by a thorough analysis of items with high inventory, open order etc. To reduce the non-moving inventory, by regularly chasing with API Sales, Amneal commercial team etc. To analyze supplier's delivery accuracy and update the lead time/safety stock on a quarterly basis. To analyze on Sales forecast vs actual sales data and share the observations for better planning over and above forecast. To coordinate with Injectable/Ophthalmic CMOs for project execution and on-time delivery. To coordinate for any other cross functional projects like variation filing etc. To coordinate and provide monthly KPI presentation of the department. To make all the presentations for CEO/President. To track on capacity expansion projects with critical stakeholders. To share workload with individual team members with excessive time sensitive work. To maintain overall efficiency of the department by improving on processes. To coordinate and support on automation project with IT team/CFT. To harmonize on the processed within the department, by picking up the best practices.
