Areas of responsibility

Supplier Incoming receipt to kit dispatch to Factory
Talking partners-Raw material vendor, Transporter, 3PL, Planning, Manufacturing & Quality

2. Delivery Reliability with respect to Factory demand
3. Cost Optimization

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Inventory ManagementMaintain accurate stock levels. Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations. Monitor reorder levels and avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
2. Material HandlingReceive, store, and issue raw materials, consumables, and finished goods. Ensure proper identification, labeling, and preservation of items.
3. Documentation & ComplianceMaintain store records (GRNs, issue slips, stock ledgers).
4. Team SupervisionHire, train, and supervise store staff. Assign tasks and monitor performance.
5. Store MaintenanceKeep the store clean, organized, and safe. Coordinate repairs and ensure infrastructure readiness.
6. Reporting & AnalysisPrepare stock reports, variance analysis, and consumption trends. Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
7. Customer/Internal Department SupportEnsure timely availability of materials to production and other departments.

Education & Experience

Diploma/Degree with Mechanical/Production/Engineering/Material handling/Logistics department 7-8 years' experience in Stores Management with handling 5000+ items & 20x manpower on regular basis.

Required Skills & Competencies

Knowledge of ERP systems and inventory software. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Leadership and team management. Required Special command over advance Excel & PPT Safety awareness and compliance knowledge. * Communication and coordination abilities.
