Manage day-to-day store operations including receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
Maintain accurate stock levels through regular inventory checks and documentation.
Prepare dispatch documents such as challans, invoices, and packing lists.
Coordinate with production and sales teams for dispatch planning.
Supervise packing, labeling, and loading of goods for dispatch.
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers.
Ensure proper storage practices to prevent damage or loss of materials.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance in the store area.
Update stock and dispatch records in ERP/Excel.
Ensure the Dispatch Schedule as per requirements
