Department: Stores / Supply Chain

Reporting To: Plant Head / SCM Manager

1. Purpose of the Role

To manage all store operations including receipt, storage, issuance, inventory control, and

documentation for RM/PM, consumables, and spare parts in compliance with FSSC 22000 and

statutory requirements.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Inventory Management

? Maintain accurate stock of RM/PM, engineering spares, and consumables using

ERP/software.

? Monitor minimum/maximum levels, slow-moving items, and raise PRs accordingly.

? Conduct daily/weekly/monthly physical stock checks.

B. Receipt & Issuance

? Receive materials with proper verification of quantity, quality, and documentation.

? Ensure FEFO/FIFO inventory rotation.

? Issue materials against approved requisitions.

C. Store Hygiene & Compliance

? Maintain store hygiene, pest control, segregation of materials, and food-safety compliance.

? Ensure traceability, batch records, GRNs, and inward-outward registers.

D. Documentation & Audit Readiness

? Maintain GRN, bin cards, stock ledgers, consumption reports.

? Support internal/external audits (FSSC, statutory, finance).

E. Coordination

? Coordinate with purchase, production, QA, accounts, and vendors for material planning and

issue resolution.

3. Qualifications & Skills

? Graduate / Diploma; certification in stores management preferred.

? 2-6 years of experience in warehouse/stores (food/ manufacturing preferred).

? Good knowledge of ERP, MS Excel, FEFO/FIFO, and documentation.

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
