Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


1. Evolving and implementing systems to control man movements, visitors movements and vehicle


movements.


2. To prepare, implement, follow and maintained records for Admin SOP.


3. To ensure training / re-training of all admin policies and SOPs as required.


4. Monitoring of contractual employees recruitment is in compliance to recruitment policy.


5. To ensure good housekeeping standards are maintained within the factory premises as per laid down SOP


covering open areas, office blocks, cabins, corridors, canteen, locker room, parking, general toilets, main


entrance, terraces staircases etc.


6. To ensure for training of new contract workers to perform the job as per SOP.


7. To ensure pest control treatment is provided as per the laid down SOP and maintain record thereof.


8. Ensure cleaning of uniform and aprons are carried out as per laid down SOP.


9. To make the proper system for protecting company's property from theft, misuse, with the help of


security personnel deployed.


10. To ensure adequate stock of cleaning material is available all the time.


11. Ensure uniform, aprons are provided to employees as per policy.


12. Designing and preparing itinerary for senior management, managing their visits at different location,


ensuring on time Air/Train tickets booking and their comfortable stay at Hotel.


13. To deal with local villagers under the guidance of supervisors on any disputes generated on account of


industrial relation activity like odour complaints, labour etc.


14. Involved in the Event management and courier & dispatch etc.


15. Taking care of agreement renewal for provide admin services as timely.


16. Responsible for Company vehicle insurance policy renewal.


17. To prepare various MIS / Dash Board as per the guidance and requirement.


18. Other task as and when assigned by your reporting head.



Skills Required:


Communication & Collaboration - Practitioner Regulatory & Audit Readiness - Expert Financial & Budgetary Management - Practitioner Attention to Detail - Practitioner Health, Safety & Ergonomics - Proficient GMP & Documentation - Expert

Educational Qualifications: Bachelors Degree


Minimum Experience: 3 to 5 Years of experince in Admin Compliance activities.
