KLM Axiva Finvest Ltd is looking for a detail-oriented and organized
Stationery Executive
to manage and coordinate stationery requirements across branches. The role requires prior experience in a similar position, preferably in an NBFC environment, along with strong data management and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
Handle emails from branches regarding stationery requirements.
Pack and dispatch stationery items to branches as per approved requirements.
Maintain and regularly update stationery stock data using Google Sheets.
Monitor inventory levels and identify shortages proactively.
Inform the Purchase Manager about low stock levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
Maintain accurate records of stationery issuance and receipts.
Ensure smooth and timely stationery distribution to all branches.
Qualifications & Experience
Any graduate degree.
Minimum
2+ years of experience
in a similar role.
Experience in the
NBFC sector
is preferred.
Proficiency in
Advanced Excel
and Google Sheets.
Skills & Competencies
Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
