Provide Finacle 10 x L1 support on daily basis.
Attend calls from branches / operations units & coordinate within the team for resolutions of issues in various finacle 10 x modules i.e. Retail Asset, Retail Liability, Operations, CRM, etc.
Attend calls related to finacle batch processes / EOD/BOD and resolving them.
Co-ordinate with L2 teams on escalated calls.
Co-ordinate with Bank's FCG for seeking approval for backend update as & when required.
Skills Required:
Finacle, SQL, PLSQL
Should have knowledge of Banking domain.
Educational Qualification:
BCA / B.Sc. (IT) / MCA / M.Sc (IT)
