Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented

Executive / Sr. Executive - Software Sales

to drive the adoption of our cutting-edge healthcare software solutions across hospitals, clinics, and individual doctor practices. If you have 1-5 years of experience in software sales, particularly within the healthcare or medical technology sector, and are passionate about digital transformation in healthcare, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Healthcare Software Sales:

Actively identify, prospect, and engage with potential clients including hospitals, multi-specialty clinics, diagnostic centers, and individual practitioners to sell our Hospital Management System (HMS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), and other healthcare IT solutions.

Business Development:

Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, industry events, and strategic partnerships within the healthcare ecosystem.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers (hospital administrators, doctors, IT managers) to understand their needs and position our software as the ideal solution.

Product Demonstrations:

Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations, clearly articulating the features, benefits, and ROI of our software solutions.

Sales Cycle Management:

Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, including proposal development, negotiation, and contract finalization.

Market Intelligence:

Stay updated on healthcare industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies to effectively position our offerings.

CRM Management:

Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage pipeline, and report on sales performance.

Achieve Targets:

Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Experience:

1-5 years of proven sales experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have sold

software solutions to the healthcare industry

(hospitals, clinics, doctors).

Domain Knowledge:

Understanding of healthcare operations, hospital workflows, EMR/EHR systems, and clinic management processes is highly advantageous.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

Skills:

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong prospecting and lead generation abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets. Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and demonstrations.

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per year
