Key Responsibilities
Healthcare Software Sales:
Actively identify, prospect, and engage with potential clients including hospitals, multi-specialty clinics, diagnostic centers, and individual practitioners to sell our Hospital Management System (HMS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), and other healthcare IT solutions.
Business Development:
Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, industry events, and strategic partnerships within the healthcare ecosystem.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers (hospital administrators, doctors, IT managers) to understand their needs and position our software as the ideal solution.
Product Demonstrations:
Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations, clearly articulating the features, benefits, and ROI of our software solutions.
Sales Cycle Management:
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, including proposal development, negotiation, and contract finalization.
Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on healthcare industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies to effectively position our offerings.
CRM Management:
Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage pipeline, and report on sales performance.
Achieve Targets:
Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Experience:
1-5 years of proven sales experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have sold
software solutions to the healthcare industry
(hospitals, clinics, doctors).
Domain Knowledge:
Understanding of healthcare operations, hospital workflows, EMR/EHR systems, and clinic management processes is highly advantageous.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Skills:
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong prospecting and lead generation abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and demonstrations.
