Job Description

Executive /Senior Executive-Sales:



Maintain efficient relationship with all International & Domestic & customers. (CRM)

Develop and maintain good professional relationships with main accounts and strategic partners of company.

Administer sales pipeline and improve opportunities for sales.

. Pitching for new clients online.

Develop and implement an operational plan for reservation and provide forecast to executive management.

Researching new markets and potential customers to determine which have the biggest potential for the company's products or services

Monitor and recommend improvement to sales plans to achieve all key business objectives.

Maintain all activities related to product marketing and provide support to sales and establish effective marketing communication.

Provide new business setups and implement same for new product lines and ensure growth.

Prepare monthly reports and provide and effective recap of previous year performance and review same.

Design various innovative marketing strategies to increase sales for all product launches.

Coordinate with marketing team to determine international marketing application and ensure compliance with company's rule.

Analyze and identify appropriate partner for each product in geographic market.

Provide and implement various company pricing policies. Setting pricing and margin targets in consultation with upper management to ensure profitability in target markets.

Negotiating contracts with foreign companies to establish new business partnerships or expand existing relationships

Establish sales campaigns targeted at specific vertical and product markets.

Assist global agents with technical backup, project implementation for all marketing strategies.

Planning and Managing inventory levels to ensure that the company has enough product available to meet demand

Coordination with Clients and with the procurement & packhouse team for smooth movement of our product

Provide after-sales support and maintain customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Skills:



- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.

- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
