Assist in hiring and onboarding blue-collar and frontline retail staff by coordinating with agencies and internal teams.
Maintain hiring trackers, coordinate interview schedules, and support offer rollout.
Conduct joining formalities and support induction sessions at the store/regional level.
Support employee grievance redressal in coordination with the HR Manager and store leadership.
Assist in organizing and implementing employee engagement activities, awareness sessions, and training initiatives.
Maintain updated employee records and assist with HR documentation and compliance tracking.
Coordinate with stores to ensure policy awareness (Code of Conduct, POSH, etc.) among employees.
Support in performance appraisal coordination by tracking timelines and collecting documentation.
Qualification & Experience :
2-4 years in HR, preferably in the retail or similar blue-collar hiring environment.
Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Hands-on experience in blue-collar recruitment and HR operations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and approachable.
Understanding of basic HR processes including grievance handling, engagement activities, and PMS.
Willing to travel across stores within the region
