Key Responsibilities

Conduct

project monitoring and review

for greenfield and fit-out construction projects, covering approvals, costs, schedule, quality, safety, and risks. Manage assigned projects end-to-end -- from data collection, site visits, and report preparation to client discussions, invoicing, and collections. Coordinate with stakeholders including clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery. Prepare and maintain

project schedules, timelines, and progress reports

. Conduct site inspections and document findings through detailed reports and MOMs. Identify and communicate potential risks or coordination issues, suggesting corrective measures. Assist with

vendor billing, contracts, and project budget tracking

in coordination with PM and QS teams. Ensure compliance with project documentation, safety standards, and client expectations.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering

(mandatory).

M.Tech / M.S.

in Construction Management, Structural Engineering, or related field preferred.

2-4 years

of post-qualification experience in

project monitoring, site execution, or coordination

. Prior experience with

IPC/Developer

firms (Project Development Services or Investment Risk Monitoring) preferred. Strong communication and report-writing skills. Proficiency in

MS Word, Excel

, and basic

AutoCAD

. Exposure to

project scheduling, task planning, and stakeholder coordination

.

Additional Information

Work Type:

On-site (Office + Field Supervision).

Preferred Candidates:

Local from Chandigarh or willing to relocate from Gurgaon for a 2-year project assignment.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
