Job Summary -

As a Marketing Executive / Sr. Executive at Expedite Impex Pvt. Ltd., the selected candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing activities to promote the company's freight forwarding services (Air, Sea, Transportation, Warehousing & Customs Clearance). The role focuses on lead generation, brand visibility, client engagement and supporting the sales team to achieve business growth.

1. Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote freight forwarding services (Air & Sea - Import & Export).
2. Generate leads through digital marketing, whatsapp /email campaigns and social media platforms
3. Coordinate with the sales team to support business development activities and client acquisition.
4. Manage and update marketing collaterals including brochures, presentations, company profiles and corporate content.
5. Handle company presence on LinkedIn and other professional platforms to improve brand visibility.
6. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends and competitor activities.
7. Maintain marketing databases, leads tracker and campaign performance reports.

Required Skills -

- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Marketing- B2B Marketing only.
- Strong communication, coordination and presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms (LinkedIn, Email Marketing, Basic SEO).
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
-Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
