Job Purpose:



To ensure seamless IT operations by managing and supporting both hardware and software infrastructure across all real estate projects, corporate offices, and site locations. This role is critical in maintaining business continuity, supporting sales and leasing operations, and enhancing employee productivity through reliable IT systems.

Key Responsibilities: (Indicative but not Restricted)



1. Hardware & Software Support



Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

Coordinate with vendors for procurement and repair of IT assets.

2. Security & Surveillance



Install, monitor, and maintain CCTV, biometric systems, and access control devices at all sites.

Maintain access rights and ensure security systems are functioning optimally.

3. IT Asset & Inventory Management



Maintain up-to-date inventory of all IT assets and software licenses.

Track asset allocation across departments and sites.

Ensure timely renewal of IT support services and warranties.

4. Network Management



Ensure reliable and secure network connectivity across all locations.

Troubleshoot network-related problems, including internet outages, switches, and routers.

Manage network performance and implement optimization measures.

5. IT Policy & Compliance



Enforce IT security protocols, backup policies, and data protection measures.

Maintain compliance with company-wide IT policies and regulatory standards.

Control and monitor user access rights, ensuring secure logins and permission levels.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

At least 2-5 years of experience in IT support or a related role.

Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security systems.

Experience with IT support and troubleshooting.

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
