Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Hardware & Software Maintenance:

Install, set up, and maintain computers, printers, servers, and company software.

User Support:

Help employees (especially production staff) with any computer or software-related problems.

HR & Admin Support:

Assist the HR and Admin teams with technical support and IT-related tasks.

Documentation:

Keep records of IT issues, solutions provided, and inventory of equipment/software.

Network Infrastructure:

Set up and maintain our internet network (LAN, WAN, cloud systems) to ensure smooth operations.

Network Security:

Protect our systems from unauthorized access by setting up proper security measures.

Network Monitoring:

Keep an eye on the network to make sure everything is running smoothly and fix issues before they affect work.

System Stability:

Make sure all-important systems and tools used in production are working well and without downtime.

Software/Hardware Integration:

Add new tools or machines to our system and make sure they work well with existing ones.

Problem Solving:

Identify and fix software bugs or technical issues quickly.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field 3 to 5 years of experience in IT support and Manufacturing Industry Knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, and troubleshooting Good communication and problem-solving skills Ability to support multiple departments (IT + HR/Admin)
