Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced

HR Executive - Generalist

with

strong hands-on experience in managing payroll and statutory compliance for both permanent and contract staff

in a facility management environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

payroll for permanent & contract staff

Manage

PF, ESI, PT, LWF & CLRA compliance

Coordinate with payroll vendors & finance Attendance, OT, leave & F&F settlements Vendor statutory compliance verification Employee onboarding, exits & HR documentation Coordination with site & operations teams

Must Have:

Strong experience in payroll & statutory compliance

Facility Management / Contract labour exposure preferred Good Excel & payroll system knowledge
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?27,000.00 - ?32,000.00 per month
