CRM & Loyalty Programs

, enhancing customer engagement across all Citykart stores nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute targeted CRM campaigns via

SMS, WhatsApp, and RCS

across stores. Prepare insightful CRM and loyalty reports -

member base, redemption %, ROI, and engagement metrics

. Analyse

customer retention, churn, and repeat purchase behavior

. Manage escalations related to

loyalty points, coupons, and rewards

. Deliver actionable insights to enhance

customer experience and program performance

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive loyalty initiatives and engagement.

What We're Looking For:

2-3 years of experience in

CRM or loyalty marketing

. Hands-on experience with

CRM platforms (Eazyrewardz preferred)

. Strong analytical, Excel, and reporting skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. A passion for

data-driven customer engagement and brand loyalty
