Executive / Sr. Executive - Accounts Receivables

Reports To: AGM - Accounts Receivables | Job Level: Executive / Sr. Executive | Position Type: Full time | Location: Noida, India


Position Summary:





The main responsibilities for this role include managing invoices, handling missed payments and assisting the Accounts Receivable Team. An ideal candidate should be familiar with all accounting procedures and be able to manage daily financial transactions end-to-end. Proven work experience as an Accounts Receivable Executive level.


Minimum Requirements:




3 - 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivables, preferably from a real estate industry. Knowledge of filling GST & TDS return, GST payable & receivable, GST & TDS Audit etc. Establish systems controls and procedures for financial and accounting systems to achieve corporate objectives. Should be self-motivated, eye for detail and an individual contributor Excellent knowledge of Advance Excel and Power Point.

Educational Qualification:




Minimum Qualification (Mandatory) -

Bachelor's degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (B. Com, BBA, BBM with Finance specialization).

Preferred / Advantageous Qualifications -

Postgraduate degree (MBA in Finance / M. Com)

Key Responsibilities:




Maintenance Invoices of residential / Commercial Projects Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Accounting of bank transactions, receipts approval Accounting and Reconciliation of Account Receivable. Experience in working in ERPs preferably SAP, Oracle, if also in Farvision that will be an additional advantage Processing of Invoices, Vendor payments Vendor Reconciliations Assisting in preparation of TDS Returns and issue of TDS Certificates. TDS Receipts Approval Assisting in computation of monthly GST payments, preparation of GST returns Assisting in Audits Real Estate / Construction Experience would be preferred. Customers Refund Ledger Reco CRM/ Finance Coordination with CRM Checking Customers Transfer and NDC
