Responsible for following the warranty spares process, right from ordering the warranty parts in returning the used / defective parts back to the HQ returns department
Responsible for recording the customer request by creating new or updating existing outlook task for all the incoming warranty / retrofits spares queries & requests.
Responsible for thorough follow-up with HQ spares, customs and logistics partner for timely delivery of warranty spares to customers
Responsible for organizing the timely dispatch of the warranty & free retrofit spare parts to the customer site in co-ordination with service team
Responsible for strong co-ordination with the Service team to understand the emergencies and take prompt appropriate action
Responsible for providing proactive information to customer about the transport documents e.g. road permits, e-sugum form, delivery address etc
Responsible for maintaining all the records & documentation of warranty return shipment
Responsible for scrapping the unproductive parts confirmed by HQ return department after taking necessary approval of the spares & logistics department manager within the defined timeline.
Responsible for the proper documentation of questionnaire provided by the customer before machine installation for custom clearance of ordered warranty spares
Support spares & logistics manager by providing timely reports (weekly/ monthly) on project basis.
Responsible for generating & sending the quotations for standard spare parts, chargeable retrofits, product enhancement to the customer & sales team within the defined timeline.

Role - Contract which will be extended year on year
Edu - Bcom, BBA , MBA with Tally/SAP knowledge with spares and logistics will value add
