Key Responsibilities
Assist in menu planning and execution for all outlets and banquets.
Supervise daily kitchen operations and staff performance.
Maintain food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.
Manage inventory, food costs, and wastage control.
Ensure compliance with HACCP and safety protocols.
Handle guest feedback and support special events.
Lead the kitchen in the Executive Chef's absence.
Requirements
Culinary degree/diploma with 6-10 years' experience.
Strong leadership, multi-cuisine knowledge, and teamwork skills.
