Role Summary:
We are looking for a creative and proactive
Social Media Executive
to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content, trends, and building engagement across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos) across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter)
Coordinate and brainstorm creative ideas with the design and video team
Write captions, hashtags, and copy that aligns with the brand voice
Manage social media calendars for 6-10 clients simultaneously
Monitor social media trends and competitor activity
Schedule posts using tools like Meta Business Suite etc..
Respond to comments, messages, and DMs where required
Collaborate with influencers and help manage influencer content delivery
Generate monthly performance reports using platform insights
Participate in photoshoots and strategy meetings with clients
Skills Required:
Strong written and verbal communication
Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & X platforms
Basic knowledge of Canva or other content tools
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
Good eye for design and content aesthetics
Familiarity with AI tools for content creation is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field
6 months to 1 year of relevant experience (agency experience preferred)
Portfolio or examples of past work will be a bonus
