Purpose of Job

: To manage and enhance Meena Bazaar's social media presence by creating engaging content, fostering customer interaction, and supporting digital marketing strategies.

Education Required M.B.A/Postgraduate/Graduate

Experience Required 2+ Years.

: Gurugram Near Moulsari Avenue, 27 Steps from Moulsari Metro Station (Permanent Location) Delhi - Karol Bagh (Temporary Location)

Key Responsibilities

? Handle all social media platforms for Meena Bazaar, ensuring consistent brand presence. ? Create engaging content across all channels, focusing on creativity and strategy.

? Reply to DMs and comments on Instagram and Facebook promptly.

? Post daily stories on Instagram and Facebook, preferably between 7:30 AM and 8 AM, including Sundays.

? Accompany the videographer to store visits, taking customer testimonials and interviews. ? Plan and execute flatlays and photoshoots for the new collection.

? Onboard influencers for barter collaborations across different cities.

? Analyze and prepare weekly reports on Google reviews for each store.

Key skills required

? 2+ years of experience in social media management.

? Proficient in analytic tools and content creation.

? Excellent communication and presentation skills.

? Knowledge of digital marketing, social bookmarking, image alt tags, and marketing campaigns.

? Familiar with WhatsApp community, Instagram subscribers channel, Meta, and current Instagram trends.

? Cooperative, adaptable, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Candidate

? Experience in content strategy, planning, and execution.

? Knowledge of influencer marketing and onboarding processes.

? Someone who is comfortable ON camera

? Fashion-retail background
